Description:
Black and white photograph of the St. Francis Xavier's Infirmary once located at 258-266 Calhoun Street on the northeast corner of Ashley Avenue. A spring tide has caused flooding and Sams set his camera up across from the infirmary, at an angle, to capture the water-filled street. Two figures can be seen on the porch. Printed from a glass plate negative held in the Museum's collection.
