Black and white photograph of several men standing on platform cleaning the side of a ship. Caption with negative, "Coolies Cleaning Ship". The term "coolie" was for many years, used to describe an unskilled laborer, mainly from India and South China. Printed from a glass plate negative held in the Museum's collection.
