Description:
Powder flask made of copper and decorated with an embossed/relief on both sides depicting the "Dog and Hunter" motif. A brass patent top screws into the collar topped with an adjustable charger, inside cutter, and inside spring complete with thumbpiece. There remains a green knotted rope attached to side loops. The maker's mark of "E. Collins" is engraved at the top above the charger along with "Patent."
