Percussion Pistol

Description:

Currently on exhibit in the Armory at the Museum, this .34 caliber muzzle-loading percussion pistol has a hammer action on the underside of the frame at the breech. The barrel is both octagonal and round and the handle is bag-shaped with walnut grips. The top of the barrel has one wedged rear-sight.
