Description:
Currently on exhibit in the Armory at the Museum, this .22 caliber, rim-fire pepperbox-style pistol (or derringer) is equipped with four barrels. The hammer has a revolving firing pin which fires barrels one after the other in succession. The barrels slide forward as one cylinder to allow for breech loading.
