Description:
One Chinese export porcelain tea cup (mended from 7 sherds) recovered from HWN II levels 9 and 10. The vessel is decorated in blue underglaze painting, and brown and red overglaze enamel on the exterior, gold and red overglaze on interior rim. Four tea bowls and four saucers in this pattern were reconstructed from fragments recovered in the privy.
