Description:
Black and white photograph of several people on the boardwalk for the the grand opening celebration on Folly Beach. Renamed the Ocean Plaza Boardwalk, it replaced the original wooden boardwalk that burned in 1957. Louis Schwartz was hired by Ocean Plaza, Inc. to photograph the event.
