Photograph of director, E. Milby Burton standing in front of an exhibit case. He is holding a "man catcher" from Papua New Guinea constructed with a central hardwood barbed spear. Donated by Alexander Hume Ford in 1940, it was displayed in the front half of the main exhibit hall dedicated to the culture history of man.
