Description:
One of three western gull eggs (see CBE8908 - CBE8910) collected from the south Farallone Islands off the coast of San Francisco. Craig noted that their incubation had barely begun at the time of collection and that the nest was "composed of Farallone weed throughout; placed on ground, in a small colony." They were later acquired by Ernest Tabor.
