Description:

One of three half incubated Heermann's gull eggs collected from San Jorge Island, Gulf of California. Stribling's slip note regarding the nest was "None, eggs laid on bare ground." He made a positive identification from the "Large colony of birds nesting on North End of island." The eggs were later acquired by Ernest Cutts (see CBE1932 - CBE1934).
