Description:

One of three California gull eggs (CBE1900 - CBE1902) collected from the Farmington Bird Refuge in Salt Lake City. The incubation of the eggs had begun a week prior to collection and were identified by a small nesting colony. The nest was described by Stevens as being "a slight depression in grasses, placed on ground amung the green grass out on dyke between water." They were later acquired by Ernest Cutts.
