Description:
Black and white photograph of King Street looking south from the vicinity of George Street. A truck from the Stripling Company is parked on the left side, apparently repairing an awning at Jack Kramer Shoes (310 King). Croghan's Jewel Box (308 King) is visible next door as well as the Southern Furniture Co. (304 King). This photograph was taken for I. H. Jacobson to show the relation of local stores to chain stores.
