Description:

Black and white photograph of the east side of King Street looking north toward the intersection of Calhoun and King. Kaybee Department Store and Apartments (364 King) , Mack's Locker Club & Dormitory (also 366 King), Koretizing One Hour Dry Cleaners (366 King), and Club 49 (368 King) are all visible to the right. Signs advertising for Mescon's House Furnishings (372 King) and Sears Roebuck & Co. (374-378 King) can be seen further down in the distance. Schwartz set his camera up in the vicinity of Burns Lane and captured a truck driving by him on a relatively empty street. The buildings at 366 and 368 King are no longer extant.
