Description:

Black and white photograph of King Street looking south from the vicinity of Wentworth Street. The photographer set his camera up on the east side of the street to get the automobiles, bicyclists and pedestrians. Rhealee Millinery (273 King) and Efird's Department Store (269-271 King) can be seen on the west side at the corner of King and Wentworth. The building the millinery is occupying at the time of this photograph once housed the Hirsch Israel Company for much of the late-nineteenth century.
