Photograph of Harrietta Plantation taken during the 18th annual American Association of Museums meeting in Charleston. Various AAM members and their spouses can be seen on the steps and lawn. Similiar views of Harrietta can also be seen in the Laura Bragg Photograph Album,1978.78.37. The conference coincided with the 150th Anniversary of the founding of The Charleston Museum and then Director, Laura Bragg arranged for tours of various sights and plantations around the Lowcountry.

Note: The photographer, E.A. Hyer, was employed as the Museum's curator of the Preparation Department and took several photographs for Bragg as they visited the local sights.
