Photograph of AAM members and spouses gathered underneath a large oak tree at Hampton Plantation enjoying a catered lunch. The 18th annual meeting of the American Association of Museums coincided with the 150th anniversary of the founding of The Charleston Museum and then Director, Laura Bragg arranged for tours of various sights and plantations around the Lowcountry. Several automobiles are visible in the background. Notation on reverse, "Oak at Hampton." See also 1978.78.128
