Description:
Four samples (GR278a-d) of granite that display pale gray-white feldspar and tiny flecks of black mica collected from Whitesides Quarry, Bullocks Creek Branch, 3 miles west of Filbert Station, 1.25 miles from the railway point, c. 1900. The largest piece (GR278a) has one polished surface.
