Fratercula cirrhata, Puffin egg
Description:
A tufted puffin (Fratercula cirrhata) egg collected from the southern coast of Alaska by H.T. Bohlman. Bohlman described their nesting habits as "eggs were laid in holes in the ground and crevices of rocks." Later acquired by Ernest Cutts.
