Description:
Sepia toned photograph of the Tilt-a-Whirl and Ferris wheel at the amusement park on Folly. Paine took the image at night to highlight the strands of lights outlining the rides and canopy on the adjoining building. A sign for Spillman Engineering, the company who installed the rides, is visible on the Tilt-a-Whirl.
