Flintlock Rifle

Description:

Currently on exhibit in the Armory this .50 Cal. flintlock rifle has a forged steel hexagonal barrel a steel lock "curley" maple stock with brass ramrod fittings, buttplate and patchbox cover. The small of the stock is checkered (four lines to the inch) with a florette stamped in each diamond.
