Description:

Pair of military officer's flintlock pistols, .67 caliber, with octagonal barrels, currently on exhibit in the Armory. The rear sights are attached at the top of each barrel at the breech end with no foresights at the muzzles.The wooden stocks are carved with cross-hatched grips with the forestocks extending out even with the muzzles. Steel buttplates are attached to each belled rearstocks and the ramrods are each housed at the underside of the barrels. A silver wire scroll inlay decorates the left side of both.
