Description:
Black and white photograph of the workyard at Eutaw Plantation. Enclosed in a wood picket fence is a chicken coop and a smaller outbuilding. A large oak tree can be seen in the background in the middle of a plowed field. Handwritten on reverse reads, "View from Piazza of 'Eutaw.'"
Submerged under Lake Marion for the Santee Cooper Hydroelectric and Navigation Project in 1939.
