Several automobiles are visible going through the intersection of Broad and Meeting and various pedestrians are pictured on the sidewalks. Paine noted on reverse, "Xmas Flower Girls at Post Office." Visible in the background (left to right) are City Hall (80 Broad), the Daniel Ravenel House (68 Broad), the Confederate Home and College (62 Broad) and the People's Office Building (18 Broad).
