Description:

One of eight American green-winged teal eggs (CBE2402 - CBE2409) collected when freshly incubated and identified by observing the bird on the nest. Per Stevens slip, the nest was "a slight hollow in the ground, lined with some grass and a little down. Placed between some small green bushes."
