Textiles
The Charleston Museum's Textile Collection consists of complete and fragmentary textile objects ranging from 18th century printed cotton chintz to 20th century woven silk damasks. Representing different eras in interior design, these fragments, functional objets d'art, and handicrafts allow for a deeper study of Lowcountry material culture and its many global influences.
