Black and white photograph of a group of soldiers belonging to the 26th Infantry, 1st Division at their headquarters in Altweid, Germany. Major George Cornish is identified as the fourth man from left to right on the bottom row kneeling in front of a sign. Handwriting on the back identifies two other men as "Back row - 8th from L to R, Clarks, my orderly. Bottom row, 6th Giles (ADC), Fort Chauffeur R.C. (a jesuit that I admired)". Photograph is mounted on cardboard.
