While America had its share of amazing creatures during the Ice Age, from saber tooth cats to giant ground sloths, there were equally spectacular beasts roaming around Europe, too. Woolly rhinoceros, hyenas, and cave lions were just some of the animals that formed Europe’s rich Ice Age ecosystem.
