The Charleston Museum's Furniture Collection consists primarily of locally made pieces ranging from the early 18th to mid 20th century and includes large case pieces, tables, upholstered sofas, chairs, and mirrors as well as a considerable assortment of Lowcountry-produced necessary chairs.
