Description:
Watercolor on paper illustrating various people walking in the rain. People of varying race, age, and gender are holding umbrellas and a small girl shields herself with a newspaper. The cool hued pale purple of the setting is contrasted strongly by the warm hues of yellow and red. A vibrant green is present in the garments of three of the figures and a couple on the right appear to be painted on top of a ghostly green figure which Ball was not able to completely remove.
