They are in the process of hanging a banner over King Street, between the Francis Marion Hotel and Marion Square. The banner is welcoming Governor Fielding L. Wright of Mississippi and announcing his candidacy for Vice-President on the States' Rights ticket, as well as a States' Rights Democratic Dinner at the Francis Marion Hotel for October 6, at 7 pm.
