Photograph of King Street decorated with banners for the 9th annual reunion of the United Confederate Veterans spanning the brick-paved street. Sams set his camera up in the middle to capture the view looking north from the vicinity of Beaufain Street. Several pedestrians, horse-drawn carriages, and a trolley car make up the streetscape. Sams' handwritten notation beneath the photo simply reads, "King Street."
