Photograph of the rear of Hampton Plantation taken during the meeting of the American Association of Museums in Charleston. Various AAM members can be seen on the steps. A simple identification of "Rear of Hampton" is found on reverse.

The meeting coincided with the 150th Anniversary of the founding of The Charleston Museum. Then Director, Laura Bragg arranged for tours of various sights and plantations around the Lowcountry for the AAM members and their spouses.
