Description:
One of nine common gadwall eggs collected from Mountain View County, 12 mi. = 19.31 km. east and 3 mi. = 4.83 km. south of Didsbury (see CBE2357 - CBE2365). The eggs were freshly incubated when collected and identified when the bird was flushed. The nest was "in small patch of buck brush of fine grass and down," (Hamm slip).
