Description:
Mass of gold in large plates and tiny crystals in matrix of quartz and additional unidentified minerals. Total weight of nugget is 6 oz. consisiting of mostly gold, not counting loose plates and crystals. Although exact locality is unknown, notes on its collection state it was "found in a mining engineer's desk".
