College of Charleston, Archeaology Hall

Description:

Two college students have fun with the Egyptian statuary in the anthropology and archaeology exhibits at the Museum when it was located at the College of Charleston.

Museum curator Gabriel Manigault purchased several casts from The British Museum including Ramses II, Sety II, and Amenhotep III in 1892. He had them installed in the Archaeology Hall on the 3rd floor of Randolph Hall.
