Fashion has always changed dramatically following worldwide periods of warfare.  The Charleston Museum’s Curator of Historic Textiles, Teresa Teixeira, explores these changes in the next exhibition from the Historic Textiles Collection, War on Fashion, opening May 24. This exhibition will be an in-depth examination of both how and why fashion changed after the Age of Revolution, World War One, and World War Two.

On May 23, Museum Members will have the exclusive opportunity to see the new exhibition before it opens to the public.
