Homeschool History Day: What is it? Analyzing Artifacts

What can we learn by looking at artifacts?  Study items from the Museum’s collection to see if you can figure out their function and learn the importance of material culture.  Homeschool History Day programs feature a field trip experience, a chance to go through the Museum, and an activity.

Reservations required. Effective August 2, 2021: Per Charleston County requirement all persons must wear face coverings when in Charleston County indoor public spaces.  Accordingly, masks must be worn while visiting The Charleston Museum and its historic houses. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping our community to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

FREE for Museum Members | FREE for Non-Members with Museum admission ($12/adults; $10 Youth, ages 13 to 17 and $5/children, ages 3 to 12- under 3 free).
