Homeschool History Day: Native American Know-How

Explore the lives of South Carolina’s earliest inhabitants by comparing the daily activities of Native American men, women, and children to your daily life. Learn how people used the environment to thrive by handling animal skins, pottery, and primitive tools. Homeschool History Day programs feature a field trip experience, a chance to tour a Museum site, and an activity.

Reservations required. Effective August 2, 2021: Per Charleston County requirement all persons must wear face coverings when in Charleston County indoor public spaces.  Accordingly, masks must be worn while visiting The Charleston Museum and its historic houses. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping our community to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

FREE for Museum Members | FREE for Non-Members with Museum admission ($12/adults; $10 Youth, ages 13 to 17 and $5/children, ages 3 to 12- under 3 free).
