Family Fun Event: Easter Eggstravaganza

Family Fun Event: Easter Eggstravaganza

Have a Hoppy Holiday with craft making at the Charleston Museum followed by an Easter egg hunt in the garden of the Joseph Manigault house. Special guests from Charleston City Ballet will join children in the garden and later perform a special showing in the Museum’s auditorium for those who would like to attend (see below for more details).

The Charleston Museum’s Easter Eggstravaganza is FREE for Museum members and free with admission for Non-members.

After the Eggstravaganza, please join us for a special showing of Charleston City Ballet‘s springtime classic, The Velveteen Rabbit, which will begin promptly at 12:15 in the Museum Auditorium.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for children and may be purchased on the day of the event.

More about The Velveteen Rabbit:
Originally choreographed by the late Robert Ivey, this timeless story, of a boy and his stuffed bunny made real by love, endures under the direction of Michael and Olga Wise. Run time is approximately 45 minutes so as not to interfere with lunch and naps.
